To ensure that your supplements are delivered promptly, your order is sent to the warehouse for packaging within moments of being received. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Standard Process NW ships packages via the following carriers:
In the event there is no one to receive/sign for the package on the first delivery, the carrier will make two additional attempts to deliver, after which the package will be returned to Standard Process NW, Inc. If returned, the package(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional shipping fees.

While we ship your order as soon as possible we cannot guarantee delivery times. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient delivery information, refusal of delivery, weather, strikes, etc., your shipment may be delayed. Orders placed by 2:00pm PST are shipped the same day provided normal operations.
